Thomas Rene Trifaux

Tom brings over 20 years of “hands on” experience in the fields of marketing, sales, organizational effectiveness and human capital development. He began his business career with The Achieve Group (now Achieve Global) in Western Canada. Tom rose through the ranks and was the North American Marketing Manager when he was recruited away to take on the assignment of Director-Business Development Western Canada for Ernst and Young. With E&Y, Tom worked with Firm partners and senior practitioners across audit & accounting, tax, corporate finance and management consulting practice areas.

Tom left E&Y to join an emerging software company as the Vice President, Sales and Marketing. TECSKOR had developed a proprietary software system and work management process for aligning human capital resources across an organization in pursuit of critical strategies and objectives.

After working with TECSKOR for 6 years, Tom listened to a call from his entrepreneurial side and founded his own marketing consultancy called HeadStart Marketing Inc. Through HeadStart, Tom has the privilege to play a leadership role in the sales and marketing efforts of small to mid-size clients with operations across Canada.

Tom and his wife Jackie live in Calgary but their hearts reside at their lakeside home on Cold Lake, Alberta where they retreat to charge-up their batteries through time on the water with family and friends.
